I have no idea. Just relaying the info I got from her.

The Terms of Service needs to be updated when you click Register......... It needs to state right at the top in BIG LETTERS that they need to email the admin to get approved.

Yeah, you're right.  I will see if I can fix that.  Everyone who has asked to be registered has been.  If someone's app was deleted, it was because it got deleted with the spammers and I just didn't see it.  If someone e-mails, I will make a point to go through the apps and approve them.

Valetta has been approved and should be posting any time now.
