I think the tentative plan is for a meeting before any official shoot.

Wednesday evenings work best for me if we are going to have a meeting, sometime around 6ish.

AZPilot can you check to see what evenings are available or early early Saturday mornings in February.  I think there might be a deposit required so that might be a deterrent.

According to my personal assistant LOL, Wed for the clubhouse is not an option because they have HOA meetings then. So any other day of the week we can check on and also Saturdays

The deposit is not an issue, we have a floating one we move around for using it so we should be good there.

Ok Slim pickens for the Villages clubhouse, here is what we have -

Friday Feb 24th only
Starting in March the 4th Monday of each month is open

Lisa wrote us in for both the Feb one and the 4th Monday of each Month. The times are anytime after 6pm. If these don't work we can cancel them

Opinions?

That works for me, except maybe  Feb 24th, but I don't have to be there.  Let's just get this group going.

The dates of the meetings would be
Friday Feb 24th - meet and greet
Monday, March 26
Monday, April 23
Monday, May 28
Monday, June 25th

How does this work for everyone else?

I should at least be able to do the meet and greet. Most evenings are tough for me, but I'll do what I can.

So Lisa has turned in the paperwork for the following dates noted. Awaiting the office final approval, we can have the room from 6pm to 9pm or anytime in-between so we can adjust as needed.

Feb 24th 6pmish (new word)
Starting March 26 and every fourth Monday of each month for the rest of the year. If we find out we don't want to do this or not enough interest we can cancel.

The deposit is a one time deal for the entire year, we took care of this already.

Mr Chunk, we'll see you a few minutes early as well.

The Villages clubhouse is where exactly?  We are pretty new to Maricopa.

Take Smith-Enke East from 347 and turn Right at the first stop light.  You'll be looking right at the clubhouse, across the pond from you.

Does that mean you need to swim?

Does that mean you need to swim?

If you want to swim in that pond, more power to ya. Let me know so I can take photos of the cops fishing your remains out of the duck infested water.

Actually, turn left at the stop-sign and then right into the parking lot.

We are going to need a name for the club so start listing some suggestions.
