Mobile On-site Mammography Unit Coming to Maricopa
Mobile On-Site Mammography (MOM) will be at Maricopa City Hall, 45145 W. Madison Ave., on Tuesday, Jan. 31 and will be seeing patients from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The screening is covered under United Healthcare and other select carriers. The cost for non-insured patients is $167. To make your appointment and verify insurance, please call (800) 285-0272 or (480) 967-3767. Please have your insurance card available.
MOM recommends that women between the ages 35-40 consider getting checked up and that women over 40 get checked annually. Patients under 30 will be required to provide a doctor's referral. MOM asks that you bring the following to your appointment: medical insurance card, doctor's name and address, and location of prior mammography films.
