Dont have full cite-able details yet, but heres what I have from a pretty reliable source:
BREAKING: Bolton blocks parts of law that requires officers to determine immigration status of detained persons; a crime for an illegal to seek or perform work in AZ; and a crime for a person not carrying immigration registration. Remainder of law to go in effect. Very confusing and disappointing decision. AZ will make immediate appeal to 9th Circuit U.S. Appeals Court. Supremes will eventually decide.

You know if people really cared about immigrants they would see that this block is so big business can continue to pay low wages under the table to illegals. The racial profiling spin is so bs it is laughable. Looks like big business got scared because it would lose profit from exploiting illegals. And our tax dollars will continue to be wasted.
Oh yeah, and while Obummer protects the criminals he once again shows he hates the military. The Obama Department of justice is actively seeking ways to waiver Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act. If he succeeds Military members overseas will not get their votes counted.

Mexicans waving the Mexican flag in support of the judge's decision on 1070 is sure ironic considering they are so concerned as being profiled as illegals. I didn't see Italian, Chinese, Japanese, or any other flag being waved. They should be waving the American flag, thanking our federal government for protecting them and continuing to cater to them.

IT is just a temporary injunction.... Don't worry.. the US Supreme Court will make it permanent.. count on it.. It's the only constitutional thing to do.. care to make any wagers? LOL... Seems to me I've been right since the beginning.. I'll press my "luck" for any takers.. lol.. -Shane

No matter how much it may "hurt", this country IS great enough to let people wave any flag they please for any reason they choose. This IS a great country
